Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Surwa Kitchen Gifts LLC.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be needed to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
