This collection is lovingly dedicated to my grandfather, Lall Beharry.
As a child growing up in Grove, Guyana, I watched him work with his hands, create beautiful things, and care deeply for family, friends, animals, and nature. I can still remember sitting in the loft above his sewing shop, surrounded by sunlight and swaying trees, listening to the comforting sounds of sewing machines at work.
He taught me that the most meaningful gifts are made with love.
Today, Surwa Kitchen Gifts carries that spirit forward through thoughtfully selected kitchen textiles and home décor designed to bring warmth, comfort, and joy into everyday life.
